During his heydays, he was Chief Executive with an MNC in Dubai, managing 500 employees. Years later, he was abandoned by his younger daughter once his wife and elder daughter died of cancer.

He had thought his end was nearing and his life had no purpose. After cataract surgery and with a hearing aid, he got new lease of life.
